These are foaming and super foaming soap bars with or without sulfuric acid that help prevent calcium carbonate scale from blocking production. These bars are also designed for gas wells discharging 1 to 10 barrels of salt or fresh water in gas wells from 3000' to 6000' deep. Another bar option we design helps discharge salt or fresh water levels from 1 to 15 barrels in gas wells from 3000' to 10,000' deep, i.e., the ability to discharge 1 to 3% oil or condensate without causing emulsion problems. All of our bars work well in low- and high-pressure wells.
We produce drill rods that contain a combination of surfactants and sodium acid pyrophosphate that eliminate the formation of clay crusts in the drill bits, will act as a clay thinner and dispersant, help prevent the formation of balls in the drill bit, reduce wear on the vibrating screen, act as a friction reducer, lower the pH and inhibit calcium.
These sticks are applied to drilling fluids to control wellbore shales or to extend bentonite clay in low-solids mud. The PHPA stick is believed to seal micro-fractures, coat shale surfaces with a film that retards shale degradation and also links particles together to facilitate sweeps in well bores and casing strings by carrying cuttings and materials to the surface. In addition, these PHPA sticks minimize bit-balling and add to bit life thru lubrication.
Our partners have developed two primary skimmers that have the ability to unload production wells in both low and high pressure wells. These are effective at pressures as low as 20 PSI and for pressures greater than 800 PSI. These products are available in ready-to-use and concentrated forms.
